The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory rate of value added tax and other price components.
We deliver with DHL and DHL Express
Deliveries within Germany with DHL: we charge a fixed rate shipping fee of € 4.99 per order.
For other European countries, we charge a fixed rate shipping fee of € 19.90 for each order with DHL. We ship to: Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finnalnd, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus and to Austria.
The fixed rate shipping fee includes the statutory rate of value added tax.
From a value of goods of € 100, we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.
For deliveries throughout Germany with DHL Express, we charge a fixed rate of € 19.90. For shipping with DHL Express to Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus and Austria we charge a fixed rate of € 89.90.
Delivery to Countries in Europe outside the EU:
Outside Germany, we ship our goods also to the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. The prices include only the shipping costs excluding customs duties and other country-specific import fees, thus you may incur additional costs.
For shipping to these countries we charge 29,90 € per order with DHL.
DHL Express shipping to these countries will incur a shipping charge of 89.90€.
Delivery USA:
We also ship our products to the USA. The shipping costs are a flat rate of 99,-€.
Delivery periods
Insofar as no other period is indicated in the description of the item, for standard goods, the shipping takes place within 24h. In the case of individual orders, the shipping takes place within 7 days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. The shipping of stock goods takes place within 24h.
Conditions of payment
We offer the following payment methods. Just choose the payment method that is best for you. The prices quoted in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, also including any applicable taxes, such as value added tax. Only in the case of international deliveries may further taxes (for example, in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (for example, customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, and not to the vendor, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities in the respective country. The accruing delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they can be accessed on the “Shipping costs” page, they are shown separately in the course of the ordering process, and are also to be covered by you.
